Direct Support Professionals for DDD Services

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking DSPs with at least 1 year of experience working with special needs, elderly or children for our Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD) services day program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and enjoy guiding and encouraging others.
The Duties of this Position include:
- Supporting and guiding program participants in daily activities
- Supervising group closely
- Assisting with communication, hygeine, meals, activites participation as needed.
- 8 hour shifts, either 7a-3p or 8:30a-4:30p, M-F
Required:
- At least 1 continuous year of experience working with 1 employer with special needs, elderly or children
- High school diploma
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to obtain, or already have completed DDD mandated training
- Work on location at 25 South Avenue, Fanwood, NJ 07023

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you play a pivotal role in supporting individuals, families, and communities through a variety of challenges. This position requires a deep commitment to understanding and addressing mental health issues, social inequalities, and personal crises. An LCSW engages in both direct client care and systemic advocacy, making it a multifaceted job that demands both emotional resilience and professional expertise. With a focus on holistic care, LCSWs not only provide therapy but also connect clients with crucial resources and support systems.
The Duties of this Position include:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments\
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Offer crisis intervention and support
Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals - Maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Educate clients and families about mental health and coping strategies
- Advocate for clients' needs and rights
- Coordinate with community resources and services
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
Qualifications:
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Specialization in areas such as trauma, addiction, or child welfare
- Strong knowledge of community resources and social services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities (Preferred)
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Experience with group therapy and counseling
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Current LCSW licensure in NJ
- Minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience
- Comprehensive understanding of clinical social work practices
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to social work
- Strong ethical standards and confidentiality practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
